    • Ans. Yes, you can change your order by contacting our customer care chat support, if once your order status is shipped, then the order can’t be modified.

    • Ans. You can either pay cash on delivery or online payment by Credit/Debit cards. You can either pay Account to Account transfer (IBFT) on delivery. you will get a confirmation E-mail or SMS and a call from our Team.

    • Q) What methods are you taking to ensure safety from COVID-19?
    • Ans. We have strict SOP’s implemented to ensure the safety of our team and customers. Our team is required to follow disinfecting and distancing protocols at all times.

    • Ans. You can cancel the order through the website or contact our customer care chat support before your order is processing.

    • Q) Can I add special instructions?
    • Ans. At the checkout page, you can let us know if you have any special instructions for the delivery. Alternatively, you can call/chat our customer care chat support for special instructions.

    • Q) What if I receive the wrong item?
    • Ans. If you find that the items in your order are not as pictured or damaged at the time of delivery, you can immediately notify our helpline or chat support and we will rectify it by returning or exchanging the product for you. Otherwise after 24hr of delivery there will be no refund or exchange.
