Refund and Returns Policy

Only For Cash On Delivery Orders.

  • Dear customers As we give you for cash on delivery orders facility and we providing the facility of allow to open your parcel at the time of delivery.
  • In which before making payment to the rider, you can easily check your parcel that the order you have placed is being delivered to you correctly.
  • Pay for your order amount when you are satisfied with the parcel. Otherwise you can return your parcel directly to the rider at the time of delivery and inform at our customer support.
  • Note: After receiving your parcel from the rider and paying the amount, if you make any kind of complaint or claim on our customer support, it will not be taken notice of at all. because we provide you open your parcel facility you can easily check your parcel before paying.

Only For Online Payment Orders.

  • You will have 24 hr after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return/exchange the item with authentic reason.
  • After 24 hours we are not dealing with any complaint.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 1 to 7 working days, after receiving the return products.
  • Complaints will be resolved within 1 to 7 working days.
  • We refund all types of amount payment return via online through Cartflix E-Stores, official bank account.
  • Return/Exchange policy is valid for 2situations/circumstances:
  • In case you are delivered the wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.
  • Returning an item is simple, just follow the steps mentioned below:
  • Call and Email us and request a return with authentic reason.
  • Pack the items as received as it as, and our team will guide you for further return process.
  • If validated and quality check passes, you will be refunded/exchanged for the item within 1 to 7 working days.
  • Note: Dear customers check your parcel in front of the rider and while checking the parcel, please make a short video clip & the delivery invoice & items should be shown clearly while making the video. without a short video clip of the parcel being opened in front of the rider, no claim or complaint will be entertained Thank you.
